Approved Log Return to bodybuilding.... finally

On another note, my wife and I , eloped via our desire to commit and financial restraints at the time. It never sat well woth me that I couldn't give her the day that all women plan out. So we will be renewing our vowels mid March , a do over , with all the families , friends etc , so working towards making sure my T's are crossed and I's are dotted to be looking the best I can for her , which means clean whole foods , so if you guys and girls see a cheeky Mars bar or coke thrown in my weekly nutrition plan, be sure to chip me on it

Training this morning

Lateral Raise - 3 sets 10@10kg mac
S. Press - 3 sets 15@ 35kg mac
Shrug - 3 sets 12@ 67.5kg bb
PDF - 3 sets 15@ 35kg mac

Shoulders today, Lateral Raises done on cables, shoulder Press on iso press machine , posterior delt flys done on Pec Dec ( reverse fly ). Focus this morning on slowing tempo down a bit on shoulder pressing and driving underneath with elbows more vertically , really stopping them flaring out, hitting the anterior head with alot more direct load. Lateral Raises a but more explosive on the positive part , trying to get a bit more height at the peak contraction. Shrugs the focus was on explofing up and squeezing backwards toward scapular, rather than just moving it up and contracting in that neutral position. Went fairly well , although did take me a few warm up sets as I was dragging ass a little first up

Birthday dinner the other night, nachos with cheese, bowl of chips, prawn pizza and 8 chilli lime chicken wings with blue cheese sauce

Will be grabbing some HGH to incorporate alongside TRT , for general health and longevity reasons, it was my birthday yesterday and at 41 , now that I'm in good health and moving well, I'd like to stay that way and it also aids in my skin when running a DHT like Masteron, which I will also be including as part of my trt. I will be looking to run Masteron at 100mg per week alongside the 125mg of Test im running currently, the GH I will run at 2iu per day , so nothing spectacular. Will be going through Ozsteroids again, for anyone that is looking at going down that path, the two sponsors we have here are both fantastic, cant go wrong either way, had great experiences with Ozsteroids so will continue to go through them. I have bloods booked in for 5 weeks from now , will see where I'm at in contrast to when on cycle. Will be putting up a nutrition plan on a week by week basis again as well , as my see food eat it diet, I believe has served its purpose , now time to get tight
Is this first time you will be doing HGH?

You're gonna luv it.
Yeah hope so mate , I've read quite alot of data about long term health effects when used low and long. Chatting with Ozsteroids now about an order , I will give it a trundle and if I like it in 3 months or so, I will basically run it low like that for as long as I can afford to I guess

I need to pull the trigger on GH as well. Something I'd love to run forever.

Training this morning :

Iso Incline Press - 3 sets 10@38kg mac
Pec Dec - 3 sets 12@30kg mac
Cable Flyes - 4 sets 12@15kg mac
High to low flyes - 4 sets 12@15kg mac

Went as but heavier than past with the iso Incline Press machine at 38kg per side, Cable flyes were done with 4 sets in neutral position hitting the 3 heads a little and 4 sets done in high to low fashion with a slight push extension at the peak of contraction. Trying to blast the lower chest a bit to hide some existing gyno a bit better as I've been training upper chest predominantly. Pec Dec flyes were done leant forward quite a bit off the pad to hit that upper chest more. Getting some confidence back in the hand , so I will give it another 2 weeks I think , before going back to the Heavy Duty style of training for a while, I think now I'm off cycle and on TRT , its a good idea to get that stimulus and go concentrate on rest

Making order through OzSteroids tomorrow, update on TRT protocal.

- Testosterone Enanthate at 150mg per week split into daily injections, IM not SubQ

- 1iu Somatropin per day , will look at bloods after 4 months and determine if I increase depending on Igf-1 serum levels etc

This will be a cruise that im planning for about 4 months , get more bloods done and if all good will be going back on cycle.

Training this morning :

Iso Lateral Row - 3 sets 12@80kg mac
Seated Row - 3 sets 12@70kg mac
Overhead Iso Row - 3 sets 12@70kg mac
Lat Pull Down - 3 sets 10@47kg mac

Supersets targeting same muscle group I've noticed an increase in ability to connect and fatigue through target muscle with the back. Performing Seated Rows with v bar straight after an Iso Lateral Row with narrow grip, worked a treat , probably the mist connection I've had with Seated Rows since returning to training. Same with the lats , the Overheads with prorated grip really tax the lats and pre fatigue them . I find they hit the lower lats alot, which I like, if you're chasing wings you need to hit them hard, it helps with the Lat Pull Diwn connection as I can feel the lats straight away without having ti focus on retracting scapular so much, removing some concious effort allows me to really zero in on the muscle working. When I do Lat Pull Downs, I do so with a wide grip and I follow through to the navel as much as I can , nit stopping at the chest , so I'm getting both upper and lower lats. Back is becoming my favourite day lately , its just about to overtake shoulder day, if i had of said that even 2 months ago I would slap myself
