Pre-filled Test-E syringes

I've just received my first TRT script, and it comes in the form of Test-E 250mg/ml in 1ml pre-filled syringes.

My dose is 0.5ml per week, either with 1 injection or 2. So I'm guessing its okay to just use 0.5ml once per week or 0.25ml twice per week of the pre-filled syringe each time? I would have thought it would be more efficient to extract it from a vial than partially use a syringe each time?

Going to follow up with the doctor of course, but something I didn't realise until I saw the script.

A while back I used to get prescriptions for Bayer Primoteston Depot 250mg, which came in 1ml pre-filled syringes, 3 in a box. My dosage was 1ml (250mg) every 10 days. I never liked the syringes so I used my own. I would divide the dose into two injections.

Yeah I have that same Primoteston in the script. Did you used to transfer those into a vial or something like that to be able to use your own syringes ?

I notice the script also comes with "Primoteston Injection Pack" , but it doesn't specify what comes in that.

No, so I used to draw 0.5ml from the actual syringe it came in and then seal it back with the rubber cap and then draw out the remaining on my next pin.

The supplied / attached needle is huge and not pleasant. Get some 23 -25 gauge ones. As skays suggested works well or a sterile vial
