Newby, need advice for first cycle.

I'm still waiting for my VAR package but in the meantime I'm working out almost every day and big rides on Saturdays.
I don't take any TRT so 12.5nmol/L testosterone is my current level. I have boner mornings but also sometimes a bit harder to get out ones. I'm sticking to my diet and see how it goes after a few week. Tbh it is good and quality diet but the hardest is the quantity... started measuring everything. I'm only planning to do the Var for 6-7 weeks max.
Relaxation therapy and extra sleep can raise natural testosterone. It’s not common for body building but Var only cycle has been utilized lots for athletes to reduce fatigue & aid recovery -especially on low calorie protocols.
