As the say though “Better to have walked, than not moved at all” kidding I just made that up lol

Morning all..
Just like to say, I’m pretty new to this whole thread thing and log, but I appreciate all the support I’ve been getting on my logs.. it’s been very encouraging and at a later age and as long as I’ve been fighting for it very much does help to push me along and keep me going for consistency.. we all know.. is everything!!!

Had a fair few inboxes asking me about my training and what I did previously and my history of my fight career etc. Etc. I thought I’d just comment on this a little bit and put up a video or two.

My base of what I come from me is a professional fighter, but I was lifting also when I first started fighting. It’s a journey I would never replace as I travelled the world for free and got paid a tonne of money doing it too even though I broke my body in the process reaching the pinnacle and the heights of world championships and number one positions.
And if anyone’s wondering, I’m probably one of the most tested people in the world, which is why I’ve only come to this foreign now that I’ve retired.. I was never able to use peds as I was tested all over the world

Morel to the story is consistency.. hear all these so-called inspirational people who already had millions of dollars talking about being this and doing that and it’s quite easy to say that when you’ve got $1 million in your bank.. but if you don’t have type of money (and I didn’t) and you’re trying to achieve it yourself.. You can definitely do it I’m an example!!

I’m just a fella who come from the bush, had bad temper, and use it for something positive..
I’ve never had a professional Trainer so to speak or a full-time Trainer.. I’ve learned myself throwing the iron around inside the ring … and somehow I managed to win multiple world titles and also become the world number one at one stage my career..

Anyway, that’s my guys appreciate all the inboxes. I’ve been getting. Hope you guys are training hard
