Hey everyone,

I’ve done quite a bit of research already, but I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences. I’m 38 years old, 84kg, currently training for a couple of half marathons and a half Ironman in November.

I’m considering TRT, but I’m pretty time-poor and don’t want to deal with the hassle of going through multiple clinic visits, blood tests, and all the paperwork.

Does anyone have any solid advice or recommendations on how to go about this efficiently?

Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forum bro.

If you’re considering TRT don’t try shortcut it. Not worth it. You need proper bloods first to see if you actually need it. Most clinics make it pretty easy anyways. Usually just a consult and labs and you’re sorted. Also worth noting is if your test levels are already normal, TRT isn’t going to be a game changer for endurance. It can shift things like hematocrit so it’s something you want monitored properly given the amount of cardio you’re doing.

You can skip clinics. Way quicker and way less stuffing around. You still wanna get bloods so you know where you’re at but after that it’s pretty simple. Low dose Test with one of the brands from here and just keep it steady & see how you feel just don’t be that guy guessing everything with no bloods.

Not hard matey. Just get your bloods done through GP or Roid safe,Aussie scripts, whichever's suits. If tests come back as low then jump on test e at 125mg a week. Then run your bloods again in a few months to see if any adjustments needed. Should be more info here from the crew thats posted already.

If you're looking to go the TRT path through a clinic, a good, hassle-free one is https://foundationmenshealth.com.au

Otherwise, the two AGW sponsors are the way to go.
