And can anyone help me to write a light cutting cycle please 🙏 with diet to follow.
I on TRT( 1 ml SUS a week, split dose)till 23rd of march then I am think for a blast. Bloods were not bad, ALT AST slightly high, but I om on accutane as well. Shared a photo please give me some directions and what else to look in the next blood work. I will get it done in 3rd week of march. TIA.

Exact body fat % isn’t that important. Main thing for a cut is consistent calorie deficit. You also don’t need a fancy diet all you need to do is base meals around cheap protein like eggs, chicken, tuna or mince and add simple carbs like rice, potatoes or oats and plenty of veg.Try to aim for 3 to 4 meals a day with protein in each, keep cals slightly below maintenance and add some walking or cardio.

What's your diet at the moment, are you tracking it?

Yes. Thanks for the asking bro.
600g coocked chicken
400g coocked white rice
4 scoops of whey blend r1 blue box. (100g)
And 100g of mixed stuff like pumpkin seeds, bit of blue berry bit of grapes and chia seeds all in breakfast.
2250 calories ATM.

That's exactly i am doing right now. I eat 4 solid meals and 2 scoops with oats and chia seeds and 2 scoops post workout.
Cardio 20 mins incline, 5 times a week. Around 135 heart beats consistent.
And training muscle twice a week each group.

I say 2250 is your problem. that’s too low for your size, you’re basically just spinning your wheels. Food’s clean but you’re under eating and especially if you’re training hard. Before even thinking about a cut cycle, just tighten the tracking and adjust calories properly. You need to track oils, sauces, extra etc. A proper deficit is hard and you need to be super strict OR you can bring food up and recomp.

Gear won’t fix a diet.

Bro you hit the nail on the head. You're right.
Problem is i drive trucks for 12 hours a day. Always scared to eat more. Like 4 meals of 150g chicken and 50g rice thats during driving time. A 50g protien breakfast with 153 calories oats, chia, and some shit packed soaked overnight and 2scoops after training. I think It's time I need a coach or guidance even for 3-4 months.
Honestly i am stuck on same size and looks from last 6-7 months and my training is getting harder day by day.
