Training Focus: Shoulders + Arms

Ran out of time this afternoon. Late finishing work and demands of home life only allowed me a short session.
Banged out some shoulders and a heap of bicep/Tricep supersets back to back.

Lots of reps, shorter rest and high intensity. Still managed a good sesh regardless of the shorter timeframe.

Training Focus: I was working away from Wednesday until late Friday arvo. Had to get back, sign new rental lease, pickup kids etc and had zero time for the gym.

Yesterday, travelled 4hrs return for youth premier league soccer, back home around 8.30pm only to start work at 1.30am this morning.

On top of all this I’m also trying to pack the house and start moving into a new rental, so it’s just been a chaotic week and I’m trying my best to maintain some composure lol. The only thing I’ve really been able to stick to is my injection schedule.

I am fearing another chaotic week ahead with work, moving, kids, plus a camping trip this coming weekend. Not ideal but just gotta push through as best as possible.

Dare say things gonna be a bit disruptive for the next 2 weeks or so

Halfway through moving house and it’s been very disruptive to my routine to say the least. Meals haven’t been as dialled as I would like simply because I’m living out of bags and boxes atm.

My body feels absolutely wrecked from moving furniture (new place is all 2nd storey basically) and sleep has been rubbish.

Local YMCA w/Gym is only a few minutes away from my new place , so I managed to squeeze in a sesh while I had the chance amongst unpacking etc.
Tbh the equipment here is amazing. Not a huge selection, but what it does have is really good. And not too busy which I loved.

Threw together a random workout, predominantly push. I apologise my logs haven’t been the best lately, hoping over the next week I can restore some order to my life and get everything back on track

For EQ, week 4 is usually where it just starts to creep in for most, it’s a slow burner. You noticing anything yet like appetite increase or vascularity?

Are you planning to run it longer than 12 weeks, EQ usually shines more in that 14 to 16+ week range.

Funny you say that because I feel it’s just starting to kick now I’ve just hit Week 5. Not so much appetite but definitely with vascularity and pump.

Planning on running 20-24 weeks so eager to see what it can do!

Following the move last week, plus camping over weekend, I’m still out of whack a bit with routine but slowly restoring.

I now have another gym 5mins away that although it’s part of the local aquatic centre, the gym is actually fkn decent and relatively quiet. Plus I don’t know anyone there so no one talks to me haha!
