Training Focus: Shoulders + Arms

Ran out of time this afternoon. Late finishing work and demands of home life only allowed me a short session.
Banged out some shoulders and a heap of bicep/Tricep supersets back to back.

Lots of reps, shorter rest and high intensity. Still managed a good sesh regardless of the shorter timeframe.
