Lower Body

Little bit of movement with this mornings weigh in. Moving in the right direction šŸ‘ŠšŸ¼

Hadn’t fully recovered from my previous lower body day, but trying to align training days with a new schedule so I just had to power through it.

It became apparent that I had not fully recovered. While my first couple of lifts showed some marginal improvement, I was pretty well smoked 3/4 way through and tapped out.

On top of that people fkn kept talking to me , gave me the shits and I lost some momentum. I like to stick to my rest times and keep moving so this threw me off as well.

Hoping to squeeze in a catch up sesh tomorrow to make up for what was missed today. Normally a rest day but YOLO gotta be done!āœ…

1st pin of the week. 200mg Test E from @gearmaniac101 šŸ«¶šŸ¼

Thought I’d try the delt for a change. Was smooth and pain free, but the new pin size was far too high. 30g, took fkn ages to send it down range but got there eventually. Will probs change it back to 26g or thereabouts..
How long was the needle?

Normally today is a rest day for me however I had a small window of opportunity to make up for a bit missed in yesterdays session.

Followed up with a little date night with the Mrs and a delicious 350g ribeye (no pics sorry I was hungry). Not a bad day at all ā˜ŗļø

Still working out the hip thrust machine. It is new to me and still feels kinda awkward.
Not used to squeezing the glutes so much in that movement.
