Thats a good drop in weight 👊. How long did it take you lose those kg's, and how many calories are you on?

Taking nothing from your progress, you've done well to get down +10kg, but I'll say what no one else will.

If your test is low nothing wrong with getting your levels up to scratch with self administered TRT.

But you've only scratched the surface.

Keep eating right and training right, build a better base, and get that bodyfat down by another 20-30kg before you think about cycling.

Side note; Idk what test at 5.6% is supposed to mean, post up your androgen profile showing test in nmol.

Good on ya brother. Your obviously doing all the right things. Not sure about the test results but if I'm understanding correctly your test is at 8.8 nmol/L. Imo is low, I would look at boosting that up. Also your cals I think you might eventually need to up them. I'll be looking out for your posts.

It's great to have you here @Yokoblade and hats off to you for starting this log. A good idea to track your foods would be an app. At least this way you know exactly where your sitting with your foods. There's a free one that I've used in the past for myself. Below is the link.

With your calories, running them low will help you loose heaps of weight but just keep in mind that if you do it for a long period of time you may hit a plateau in your weight loss. Just something to consider.

Im eating an extra meal so just hitting 1800 cals a day.
3.2kms/2miles on the crosstrainer at 28min.
No stopping average 6.9
