Unless you are a competitive bodybuilder at national level you have no use for gh or insulin. But since you're already using it I'll tell you how my mate (training partner) did it and never had a problem. He used it for his last comp, both gh and insulin. This is exactly what he did with the insulin, never had a single problem. Wake up, before breakfast 5-7 ius humilin r. Eat a good breakfast, oatmeal raisins banana some egg whites you'll be good. After training, he used to bring the insulin to the gym in a cooler. Right after workout, 10 ius of humilin R. Immediately drink a protein shake with at least 60 grams of carbs. Go home eat steak, few cups of rice you're good. That's it 2x a day. Start out slow, buildup to those amounts. You shouldn't go over 10ius, but I know other guys who did. It does make a big difference with the gh. Anyone using gh should also be using insulin. Of course the more insulin you use the more carbs you need after.
