Hey Guys and girls hope your all well
Just joined thanks for having me!

Little Background
Spent like the last 6 years ****ing my body 0 care in the world eat what ever drink huge amounts off alcohol every weekend the usual never even thought about a gym or anything would always watch the youtube “fat to fit” videos and always wished it was me finally looked in the mirror and seen there was a problem and decided to do something about it

Started at 96.8Kgs on the 26th of august this year
currently 80.2 kgs and feeling better then ever
got a dexa scan at 91.1kgs and was 37.7 % bf definitely thought it would of been lower 😅

running
4mg retatutuide a week
2mg tesamorelin daily
400mcg ipamorelin daily

workout 5x a week with atleast 80mins of zone 2/3 cardio a week

probably went off track here abit aha but thanks for letting me join will put photos below of when i started to now

Respect for turning things around like that. Dropping that much weight already is not easy. At your starting point the biggest wins now will keep coming from diet consistency, cardio and showing up to train just like you’re doing now. The compounds you’re on will help with appetite control and fat loss but I reckon the real driver is exactly what you’re doing with the lifestyle changes.

Keep the momentum and don’t rush into anything heavier until you’ve got a solid base. You’re heading in the right direction 💪
