Gh and test advise.

Hey legends I need some advice with gh and test together, I am 37 and about to start my second cycle of test only and want to know if it's worth throwing in some gh? and how long and how much should I use? my main goal is too build more lean muscle, is it ok to run gh while blasting test? Do you pin the same days as test? If someone can give me the run down that would be great, also how long before I notice any gains from gh? Is it worth running a heavy dose for just a 15 week cycle or waste of money thanks in advance.
 
If you’re only planning to run GH for 15 weeks alongside your Test, not worth the coin. GH’s not like Test where you feel it kick in after a few weeks. It’s a slow burner, works more in the background and really shines when you’re on it consistently for 6 months+. That’s when you start seeing proper lean gains, better sleep, recovery etc. etc..

As for dosing, stick to 2 to 4 IU a day, no need to go crazy. More than that and the sides can creep in unless you’re advanced or genetically blessed. Best to pin it every day, either first thing in the morning fasted or split it up. Some do half in the morning and half before bed. Doesn’t need to line up with your Test shots, totally separate timing. You’ll probably notice better sleep and fat loss after a few weeks, but the real gains take time and best results come closer to 6 months if you stick with it.

GH is more of a long-term investment.
 
If you’re chasing lean mass fast, GH isn’t the tool for the job short term. It’s not magic. Think of it more like compounding interest, slow gains that add up over time. If you're not committing to 6+ months, don't bother. Save the cash, run your Test properly, dial in your food and recovery, and revisit GH when you're ready to go the distance. 15 weeks of GH won’t move the needle enough to justify the spend.
 
A second compound such as mast, primo, EQ ,NPP or Anavar would probably be more beneficial & a lot cheaper than hgh. Peptides & SARM’s also help release Hgh but it’s probably not the best option for you at the moment. Get diet, training and well proven basic compounds sorted first. Hgh is very mild in comparison and requires daily injections for months.

Thanks for your help doc, my diet and training is pretty on point, I've cut out all alcohol soft drinks and junk food all meals are fresh and home cooked, my bloods are good and feel great I just want something extra to help me workout and build a great solid body, my next cycle will just be test and anavar for now I'm scared to try any other compound because I don't want to loose my hair 😀

Thanks for your help doc, my diet and training is pretty on point, I've cut out all alcohol soft drinks and junk food all meals are fresh and home cooked, my bloods are good and feel great I just want something extra to help me workout and build a great solid body, my next cycle will just be test and anavar for now I'm scared to try any other compound because I don't want to loose my hair 😀
I ❤️ Var pre training. Small dose on training day still feels great for me but it won’t build bulk. No guarantee on hair( it’s DHT derived ) but I’ve had no issues with any I mentioned. Lower dosage oils are a little safer & more effective long term so keep that in mind for future

What is a good compound for bulk look ? I did try some dboll last cycle and definitely looked bulky but I feel like it was just water weight

What do you want to achieve with throwing GH in the mix?
 
What is a good compound for bulk look ? I did try some dboll last cycle and definitely looked bulky but I feel like it was just water weight
Decca or NPP which also lubricates joints, EQ if you want less fluid/ puffiness and athletic look.
Depends on your metabolism but those 2 have been utilised for many decades
