GH and Test

Happy Friday everyone!

I’ve been cruising on low dose Test @125mg a week and was wondering about adding GH. Curious how you’d normally run it alongside Test. Duration, timing etc. Do you guys typically run GH all year with Test or do you cycle it? Appreciate any advice from those with experience!
 
Most guys just keep GH in year round with their cruise. 2 to 4iu daily is the usual sweet spot. Timing doesn’t really matter,consistency does. Short runs are pointless you need 6+ months before you notice much. It’s slow and steady changes, not a blast drug.
 
@hubbles summed it up perfectly. GH ain’t like test where you feel it kick in after a few weeks. More like a slow burn. If you’re cruising with test, 3 iu a day alongside it is plenty. Timing doesn’t really matter mate just pin it daily and stay consistent. Most who see good results just run it year round cause short bursts don’t do much except drain the wallet. First thing you notice is better sleep and holding less fat while you eat then over months it’s joints, skin and body comp changes. If you can’t commit at least 12 months, I’d honestly just put that cash into food and bloods instead.

Timing does matter to some degree, what outcome are you chasing from it? e.g fat loss.
 
Really comes down to total dose and consistency, so pick a time you can stick to. 'AM fasted GH for fat loss' idea has some truth in it fo sure. GH frees up fat when insulin is low but that effect is short term. When you're on GH for months, timing makes almost no difference. Just pin at the same time every day and focus on being consistent with your training and diet cause that’s what actually drives fat loss. Nothing else matters if those basics aren’t sorted first.
