First Cycle - Testosterone Dosage

G'day guys, just a question about starting my first cycle. What dosage of testosterone, would you recommend for my first cycle and how long should I run it for?

I'm 29 years old and have been training since the age of 18.
 
I had good results from 200 per week at your age (10 days for sustenance)
No PTC or adverse effects on stopping was the bonus with low dose. Depends on your metabolism and goals

As a first timer 250mg Test Enanthate is ideal for 12 to 14 weeks. But best to do bloods before and after. I would also run a simple PCT.

Some will argue 250mg is enough for a first timer.

I would argue that this all depends on you. You say you have been training for the past 11 years.

What are your stats ? What type of muscle mass are you already carrying ? What’s your diet like ? Are you tracking calories and macros ? These will be contributing factors. Before I would give a solid suggestion on cycle.

Key points regardless of dosage though -

Blood work before/during/after
Track blood pressure
A.I always on hand (safe rather than sorry)
PCT on hand

I'm 175cm tall, weigh 85kg, and have a lean and evenly proportioned body. I work out at the gym four days a week and also practice MMA. Over the years, I've built up some quality muscle mass. I eat around 2800 calories a day and have tracked it before, so now I tend to stick to the same types of foods as it's easier for me to track without having to write them down on the app each day.

I think 500mg test e on its own would work an absolute treat for you as first cycle mate.

Understanding that 250mg weekly will also yield you some results after all it’s going to make you anabolic and above natural range.

My main statement on the matter is to have a.i on hand - I prefer Aromasin rather than arimadex. That’s just me.

Keep and eye on blood pressure use a blocker if needed

I would also add an extra meal into your diet. 2800 calories in my opinion won’t be a lot of growing.
