I'm 175cm tall, weigh 85kg, and have a lean and evenly proportioned body. I work out at the gym four days a week and also practice MMA. Over the years, I've built up some quality muscle mass. I eat around 2800 calories a day and have tracked it before, so now I tend to stick to the same types of foods as it's easier for me to track without having to write them down on the app each day.
