- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 Tablespoons peanut butter + more for drizzling
- 1 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- handful of ice
- you can also add honey

This Blueberry protein shake is delicious... you guys have to give it a go!
3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice!)
1/2 cup of full-fat Greek yogurt
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
3/4 cup of frozen blueberries
ice cubes (more if you want a thicker texture)
1 teaspoon of honey
-300g cottage cheese or yo pro
-100-150g air fried pumpkin pieces
- 1 banana and or 1/2 avocado
-sweetener of choice
-250ml almond milk
-cinnamon, nutmeg and mixed spice (throw in heaps)
-50g oats if you want some extra carbs
-pinch of xanthan gum
-dash of vanilla essence
- ****load of ice
Needs a pretty good blender with all the ice. Sooooo good
If you need a good shake to help you shit , blend up some bran cereal with your protien powder . I use a bit of light milk in ther for creaminess .
If you’re having fat …. A bit of peanut butter .
