So I uploaded to chatgpt a front and back pic and told it what I'm currently doing in my training and diet and asked it where I will be in 12 months if I continue down this path and it spat these out. I'll be very happy to pull this of in 12 months.

So my entry is not a realistic goal this was where I was 3 years ago and where I am today. At 52 years old seeing abs for the first time was my goal. I went from 128kgs down to 64 kgs on my last cut. Now I’m eating in a deficit today I’m 74.5kgs.
