This is just my mini log following from the competition log I've crept over from for the remainder of my cut leading up to a holiday I have planned in a little under 4 weeks.
Had a big weekend on the piss so next few days are just bringing myself back to where i was. With 3 weeks of semi strict dieting, allowing for a cheat meal or two at maintenance.
Plan is 2.5 hours cardio weekly minimum
4x weight sessions minimum.
2k cal daily
2.9k estimated maintenance
Weight as of today:
94.2kg
Goal:
89kg (visual will determine real goal)
Supps:
150mg test e weekly (down from 200mg the previous months)
B, D, vitamins
Magnesium
Glucosamine
Consumed 13k calories over Sunday and Monday so fully ready to not be a fat ass now and be mostly strict to the end.
This is the **** end of a year's long journey of weight loss so i might post some old photos of a couple years ago also. And when the 4 weeks end, so too will my cut as I'm sick of being in deficits for so long haha. So it'll be maintenance and maybe slight deficit to tighten up for the next several months.
