Haven't tried the choc but heard that one goes well when you mix it straight into Greek yoghurt.
Most the time I make my shakes as smoothies and only use water. Frozen fruits etc. tastes really good. I recommend the Banana (y)
So true. Slow negatives and the pauses on bench and flyes make a huge difference. That time under tension really adds up and builds quality size imo, not just strength. Really like how you’ve laid this out.

You’re still very young mate I wouldn't get too caught up stressing over your body yet. Stay healthy, keep a good mindset and just be fit. If you do that everything else comes in time.
With sus, split the dose to keep levels steady. Those days are fine. 200mg twice week like Mon/Thu or Sun/Wed, whatever suits. Just keep the days consistent.
