Fully back into training now. Only really had 3 or 4 days off completely from the gym then was back into it. Gains have been steady and am happy with the weight and how im holding myself.
Finding its going really well. Overall feeling more mental clarity, and dialled when im in the gym. Pumps are really good especially on high carb days. Atm have come down with the flu so just trying to get better as fast as I can to get back into it all.
