Where do you buy your supplements from? What are the good brands ?

I have not taken one single supplement in over 20 years, it's not necessary as food has all what is needed

Bulk nutrients in TAS if I’m serious. Supermarkets & chemists have basic stuff sometimes half price.

Bulk Nutrients for me too, I've tried a few of the half price stuff from Chemist Warehouse when it's on offer and have always regretted it. ALL the ones I've had from a store have had an emulsifier in it, horrid. Especially when you make one at night for first thing when you wake up and it turns to a sludgy jelly.
