If you're worried, try subq first, just grab some of your love handle and stick it in. I did that before moving to delts.

It’s way easier than you think. Just jump on youtube it has heaps of vids on doing intramuscular shots. After you do that first one yourself, you’ll be like “why didn’t I do this sooner?”
