When to start GH?

I'm 30 and have been doing cycles on and off. I have a few injuries (shoulder, joints). I've done peptides for my shoulder but havent had much luck. I'm toying with the idea on doing GH.My questions are, do I need to stack GH with something else? How long do I need to be on it for?Is this something that I can just be on forever, if it is, am I too young to start it now? I do want to get married and have kids in the future, will this effect my fertility? My main purpose is to help with my injury and also reap the benefits that come along with it.

I appreciate any info and help.

Nothing right now. I'm just waiting on my shoulder to heal. I've heard alot of things about doing GH after 40 and that you need to run it for lengthy periods of time and like you said about stacking it with something else.

Using GH can help with the issues you're having but don’t expect quick results. It usually takes 6-12 months to really see the benefits and most guys start with 2 to 4 IU a day to ease into it.

Like @NickLovesCybexHack said, GH works well on its own but throwing in a low dose of Test (150mg a week) or BPC-157 can improve recovery. Some people also add GHRP-6 for extra growth hormone release. Just know that staying on GH forever isn’t a good idea. Taking breaks after 12 months is smart to avoid things like insulin resistance. GH by itself won’t mess with your fertility, but if you’re running other gear alongside it, that could.

Lower dosage shouldn’t need much else to stack with. Theoretically it can help joints but I haven’t noticed any difference with lower doses & older injuries- get them diagnosed by a professional, then work around injuries if you’re not ready for a repair. Small amount of nandrolone ( NPP, Decca ) with Test helps lubricate and reduce joint pain so it’s worth including.
If you’re after muscle growth GH is an expensive option as dosage needs to be tripled -blood sugar & thyroid may also need adjusting with more meds . People who can afford it do it with cruises & blasts for at least a few months which is necessary to notice results so be prepared for quite a few months if you expect shoulder improvements-recovery, sleep etc should be noticeable sooner . Not sure if age matters but it will definitely hurt you financially if you stay on it for years. 2x daily injections isn’t always going to be fun but it’s cheaper than surgery or constant physiotherapy if joints recover. Go through other posts & forums for more information - some people have had good results but usage & advice varies tremendously

My understanding is that GH doesn't replace rehab or surgery. It complements the recovery plan, not replace it. If that makes sense.
