What's everyone eating?

Yeah bro . It’s helping with my health issues so much .ive also started fasting. So far I’ve worked my way up to 24 hour fasts
Yeh bro one of the boys went from being an out of shape drug addict to now being a fitness influencer of sorts on social media and looks incredible and he is a big advocate of the carnivore diet.

Right now its just read meat but when I'm on cycle this is pretty much it.


  • Breakfast: Mince, asparagus, avocado, sauerkraut
  • Meal 2: Chicken, greens, avocado, sauerkraut
  • Meal 3: Chicken, greens, rice, sauerkraut
  • Meal 4: Salmon, greens, sweet potato
  • Snack: Protein shake

Post light session breakfast; steelcut oats with greek yoghurt, cinnamon, half banana, hemp seeds and nut butter (mostly macadameia)

Anything and everything as long as it's 95% clean.
I cant do Gluten so these past few days have been a bit brutal.
