Respect for the weight loss👌and detailed log.

Also so sorry for your loss.

May your daughter rest in peace 🙏

The results you've achieved are top notch. I think running both Test E and Test C is overkill. I would just pick one since they’re practically the same thing with slightly different release times. Stick with 300-400mg of either. Trens strong enough on its own, so no need to slam that much Test. Dbol for 6 weeks is cool for a kickstart. Keep the HGH in there for recovery and make sure you're running an AI like Arimidex to handle the estrogen from the Test and Dbol.

I'm just thinking that you don't need the Dbols right now. I would concentrate on more of a cut-down cycle. You can achieve this without the Dbols. Just need to be really strict with your foods and training. I would be adding more cardio and possibly a few circuit-style workouts to provide a more balanced fat-burning approach.

Hey Bundy,

I am limited to what I can do with cardiovascular workouts due to an accident I had some time ago.

And my PT has told me.i don't need to do cardio if I do weights constant.

Fair call. Great investment in getting a PT. Totally worth it.

Are you able to get light walking in? Consistent steps everyday make so much difference. Just something to think about.

I like your log @shaneo75 the detail is on point.

Have you thought of getting a Dexa scan? I find that these scans are really good indicators to compare before and afters for progress.
