Hi all,

Finally had a clinic put me on TRT been low but in range for T since my early 20s. My balls don't work so should have been on sooner.

2 weeks into test c in mct oil at 20mg per day taken daily and it has already been life changing with the energy I have and lifting of brain fog.

Still got to work on my eating I managed to lose a lot of weight but my hunger signalling is screwed currently moving up in reta because I'm at 2mg but I'm feeling full but my brain still wants to eat everything until I feel sick and I am slowly gaining weight. Maybe a little hungry from the new TRT adjusting not sure.

My goal is to lose weight then build more muscles, I hired a coach as well to guide me soon.

Once I dial my dose with my trt clinic then I also want ti learn what I can or should do to speed up muscle growth if that is a between blast to a higher dose of my test cyp or to add in some hgh or something.

Welcome aboard.

How long have you been on Reta for? Just asking as you want to make sure you’ve been on the same dose for a 2-3 weeks at minimum before increasing, ideally a month. Takes 5-6 weeks to be saturated.

Yeah your increased androgens from TRT will make you hungrier than before. Keep everything stable for a bit.

HGH (unless real high dose) is more a recovery and body composition tool. Other compounds will be far more effective for muscle growth.

I did 0.5mg per 3 days for 6 weeks, then I'm just about to finish week 3 at 1mg every 3 days.

HGH was for recovery, my joints, tendons and also for fat loss.

Was thinking I might let my trt dose settle before adding HGH in but pre trt my IGF1 was on the floor of the reference range which too me is sick range not optimal.

I'm not a fan of microdosing Reta; I currently take a weekly shot. Sema is perfect for microdosing to control appetite, at 250mcg 2-3 times a week. Reta is a different beast; its GLP1 effect on appetite is mild at best. The glucagon effect boosts your metabolism, improves liver function (especially for fatty liver), and provides stabilised glucagon release.

Fair point, I found less sides and more consistent supression every 3 days, otherwise I feel sick and don't want to eat for 1-2 days then normal then the last few days before my dose I would binge eat

Yep you really s

Yep it's really not best to split the dose, you may never reach effective receptor activation as the peak isn't enough so you're unlikely to get the full triple agonist affect.

Dose was too high to start 👍if your getting sides like that
