Trt ,retatrutide, tesamorelin

TRT and Reta is pretty common. I've also heard some throw in tesamorelin. Apparently can help with visceral fat. I'd say it's more diet & training that drive the real results.

Depending on what you want to achieve, with reta in there, I would probably save your money on tesamorelin and let the reta do its thing. Have a look at MOT C, as this will complement the reta and trt, optimising your mitochondrial function and further improving your metabolic health. If you can stretch it SLU332 on top would give you a added boost.

There are lots of options depending on your goals. If you've never used GLPs before, the key is to go low and slow with dosing, keep your protein intake above 2g/kg body weight, and eat it first when consuming a meal.
