TRT and GLP’s work very well together retain muscle and optimise body composition. Dosing of reta is highly individualised. Some users take 0.25-0.5 mg weekly, while others may need to triturate the dose to achieve desired results. If used for appetite suppression, it may not be effective for everyone, especially those transitioning from other GLPs. Currently, I am on 3 mg weekly with a single, consistent dose, not following the micro-dosing protocol of Sema. I experience minimal hunger suppression at 1800 calories while deep into a cut, but the metabolic benefits remain significant. Blood tests are very favourable, body composition is improving, and I tend to feel fuller more quickly. However, I plan to revert to Sema for the rest of my deficit to manage my appetite better as my body fat decreases.
Key to everything is your meal plan (>2g/kg protein) and steps with esistance training to maintain muscle.
