Just about to start TRT through doctor. Initial dose of test undecanote? Can I top this up with test c to get some proper effect to build some strength and size ? It’s a 1000mg initially then every 8-12 weeks another shot.

Serum testosterone:​

Se calculatd free testosterone:
0.199 nmol/L

The extra Test can give you gains, but it will mess with your doctor’s prescription and bloods. I'd stick to your TRT as prescribed. Playing around with doses is doable, it takes careful adjustments, effort and close monitoring to avoid dramas.
