I see some much mixed information  from social media, online and gym bro about if when cutting should there be fruit in your diet.
Personally I love a good pink lady apple and a banana.
I find an apple can stop the hunger demons telling me to binge for few hours and helps a lot between meals or at end of the day when my calories remaining are very little
