If you stick to a proper TRT dose you shouldn't get any sides. What are you running and how often do you pin?Wondering if you need to run anything while on TRT to stop any side effects or only if you ever decide to stop?
Most doctors start you on 100-125mg of Test E per week and they may adjust your dose based on your levels. You might not experience major sides/if any at this dose but you should still monitor your estrogen. An ai might help if your estrogen levels rise, but should only be taken if necessary. Another thing to remember is that TRT can increase your red blood cell count (hematocrit), so you need to monitor your bloods in general.Test E 250mg/1ml at .5ml twice a week
Facts. Plus I'd like to add daily injections are most preferable for stable T levels. Dose depends on the individual.Nothing needed If it’s replacement dose ( bringing a low level up into range).
Low levels can be result of poor nutrition & sleep( lifestyle) so sort deficiencies out.
Healthy diet, good fats and liver support supplements are always sensible.
250mg pw is a little more than Trt. Check bloodwork around 4th month, hopefully you won’t need to add anything. Liver and estrogen control herbs can help with minor sides. Medicated soap for acneNothing needed If it’s replacement dose ( bringing a low level up into range).

Hi Doc , what are some recommended liver support supplements .Nothing needed If it’s replacement dose ( bringing a low level up into range).

That’s pretty much a “sports Trt “- Triple what endo or Gp usually prescribes. You should probably check estrogens ( with blood test)at that dose due to your age and Bf .I Have never needed Armidex and avoid it if possible( I’m a little older than you and have checked bloodwork). Stress, sleep, genetics & body fat can affect estrogen. I reduced bf to 16% and used Dim, grape seed extract and a few natural E controller’s which seems to work for me. Arimidex can be used at very low doses 2x a week but better to consult bloodwork before and after. Mast , Primo & EQ also have an E control effect ( usually around half or 2/3 test dose)Hi Doc , what are some recommended liver support supplements .
Also i am running test ethanate 250 as TRT / .5 ml every 5 days and about to go out of trt and use say 1 ml test ethanate and .5 ml of masterone, I am 54 years of age and have a couple of questions when do i need to think about estrogen blocker arimadex .25 mg capsules as , i do have 30 % body fat and i hear that my test cycle can convert more easily if body fat is high. I am working on good diet etc. Also need some advice on something to achieve at least 6 to 7 hrs sleep with out tensing up. I use CPAp machine as well . I do swim twice a week, train at gym 2 to 3 times a week will ramp up once some small injuries recover.
I was going through a mens clinic in sydney but way to expensive to maintain any recommended doctors who can assist with my detailed blood work i ordered through imed etc.
Remembered that I recently added milk thistle & 5Amino 1 mQ for liver/ fats -Just received best blood test results ever ( not convinced supplements did it but I won’t change much for a couple of months )That’s pretty much a “sports Trt “- Triple what endo or Gp usually prescribes. Plenty of liver supplements available, I like;
NAC , Dandelion, liv 52 but reducing fat/ clean diet is most important.
Lots of sleep options but supplement that works for many is Thomson’s valerian. Hops, carva, passion flower and many other herbs are available for this purpose but once again bf , stress and lifestyle changes maybe needed.
You have an excellent plan so stick to cpap, swimming and consider splitting gym programs into 2 half’s ( push /pull ) . That will make it easier to fit in cardio/ swimming/ hiking activities without overtraining. I had almost exactly same predicament a few years ago and it took 6 months of training/ dieting before I got results- Age and body fat was working against me. Test & mast seems like a sensible option but you probably don’t need to go over 250mg weekly with test until everything else is dialled in. Since you’re already on Trt it should be easy to find a helpful GP or intergrative GP locally to monitor blood and prescribe test
Hey Doc , Finally I have meet some one who knows what i am talking about , thank s heaps for the reply it has been very useful. As for finding a doctor well my normal doctor doesnt relly want much to do with it. I would say some of my concerns if I up my does every now and then would be if my blood becomes to thick etc. Now i did have a doctor who would say go and get a v section and drain 300 ml of blood etc but he no longer can practice hormone treatments. I have had recent full blood work which i paid for online and its okay for now and i heard that if i take small amount of aspirin per day its not a bad thin to do.That’s pretty much a “sports Trt “- Triple what endo or Gp usually prescribes. Yes-Plenty of people post their blood work for comments here ( block out your name). Dr’s will still order & check your blood results , they can’t recommend or prescribe PED’s ( so don’t ask & get blood work done before cycle ). It’s good to have a local GP for checkups and even better if you can discuss your choices with themHey Doc , Finally I have meet some one who knows what i am talking about , thank s heaps for the reply it has been very useful. It’s not always better to increase Testosterone dosage . Blood, liver, oestrogen etc can get messy -I actually dropped my dosage last time and got everything else dialled in ( especially sleep and diet) For some reason my blood work showed better ; Test level , cholesterol ,liver and Red blood cell count ( All better than pre treatment and previous on cycle ) Asprin has been used for years as a blood thinner but it seems to be out of fashion now- check with your GP if Blood markers indicate. I used a box last month but it’s not great for digestive system long term.Yes-Plenty of people post their blood work for comments here ( block out your name).
