Hey im anomly and this is some info about my life i work in construction and am a father of one im trying to get into compeating and hopefully get a pro card one day

i have 4 years of training experience on and off

Cycle stack
Ive just started my offseason blast


12 Week Cycle:
12 weeks - 750 testosterone Enanthate split into three injections a week, Mon wed and Friday

12 weeks - 600mg mastrone Enanthate/ split into injections a week with the testosterone

12 weeks tren a 200 mg split into 4 50mg injections every other day

AI :
Arimidex - 0.5mg EOD

Nolvadex - 20mg EOD

Supplements Used:

absolute whey protein
Absolute creatine
Fish oil
Vitamin d
K2
Magnesium


Diet Overview:
Im starting with 4200 cals a day
First meal is a protein shake with almond milk scoop of protein a banana, oats, almond butter, honey, and berries

Meal 2 is simple jasmine rice, lean beef mince with 1 egg and stirfry mix


Meal 3
Three weetbix with yopro yogurt and almond butter


Meal 4
Cream of rice with scoop of protein, honey and berries


Meal 5
Noodles with chicken breast and mix veg



I also drink coconut water during my workouts to spike my insulin


Training Schedule:
I train 5 days a week with 2 rest days

Monday qaud focus leg day


Tuesday chest and tris

Wednesday back and hamstrings


Thursday rest

Friday arms and shoulders


Saturday back and chest


Sunday rest


With all my training i really focus on either hitting a extra rep or upping my weight on every session
