Let’s talk pull throughs..

Honestly, believe they’re one of the most underrated back exercises there is..
I particularly like doing them at the end of my back work yet and here’s some of the reasons why..

▪️ if you keep them higher repetitions, the tension on the muscle creates a great shape and a great finish to mould your back
▪️ it’s a movement that is not your common pull motion. It has a dynamic and round motion which creates a different tension on the muscle also.
▪️ you do not need a heavy weight for this exercise that can be carried out with a lighter weight and a high repetition to gain all your benefits from the exercise..

There are a lot more reasons out there for this great exercise. Next time you do your back routine, give them a go and let me know how you go!
