Pre workout meals curious what’s everyone eating 30 mins prior to training for good pump / energy.

Here are some of my staples
Pre Workout Meal 1 , Banana, Apple And Manuka Honey

Pre Workout Meal 2, 6 Corn Thins Banana and zero cal syrup.

Pre Workout Meal 3, Frozen mixed berries with Yo Pro Yoghurt, Protein Powder


Pre Workout Meal 4 , Watermelon Banana Apple Yoghurt Bowl with protein.




 
Chicken and sweet potato no less than 90 minutes pre workout. A can of sugar free mother with 3G of AAKG before I leave home for the gym. Then I have an intra workout drink which I mix myself, much cheaper and better than all the expensive fancy label crap with **** all in it.
 
One of my go-tos is a smoothie made with frozen mixed berries, a scoop of organic whey protein, and some Greek yogurt. It’s got the protein to fuel the muscles, plus the fruit for a nice energy boost.

Another option is a banana with some Manuka honey. It’s quick, light, and gives me that quick hit of carbs and sugars to power through the workout.

I do the ice, frozen mango pieces, banana, honey, 2 scoops protein (vanilla), weet bix (1 biscuit).

I have 2 regular training times and changes my pre workout Meal

Stupid oclock training (4 or 5am start) i will normally just have a protien shake and my prework

After school drop off 9am start
I will have had my standard breakfast 200g extra lean beef mince 200g eggwhite and a shake
 
All I do preworkout is a scoop of preworkout and a scoop of whey protein. Enough to keep my going and push through it.
