Peptides for Women

I've been looking into peptides and wanted to hear what your recommendations were for women? I'm over 40 (female) and try my best do all the right things with training, eating and sleep. Goals are to be fit and healthy :). I have read that peptides can help with recovery, inflammation, better skin, anti- aging. It all sounds too good to be true :oops:
 
Peptides aren’t magic but some can help with those things you mentioned. Key is matching the compound to the goal and keeping expectations realistic.
 
@darkHORSE mentioned key stacks. GHK-Cu more for skin quality. That said these aren’t anti aging miracles. They’re more supportive tools at best. I also wouldn’t touch anything until bloodwork is done and hormones are assessed properly. At 40 plus fixing low estrogen, progesterone or thyroid will do more than any peptide.
