Hey guys,

Would like to give nexuspharama a big shout out, ordered from him a few weeks ago.

Items went missing in post and I lodged a complaint but nothing turned up.

So when I informed nexuspharma he sent me the order again and threw in a free vial for headache.

Absolute legend.
 
Just placed my first order with nexuspharama, did a lot of research before ordering from these guys. Will let everyone know the results

All I can suggest is keep trying to contact them.
It was my first order online so I don't have much experience. I only used them because of all the good feedback they received on the this platform.
Hopefully they can sort it for you
 
We do provide tracking on all our orders and in most cases we replace lost packages, we can't control the post losing packages and sometimes delays do happen, if there are any concerns we are happy to help and respond on telegram @nexuspharma and sort out any issue like this.
