Hi everyone!
I am new here, I'm from Melbourne. I want to get into gym, working out, get fit and bulk up abit! Nothing too hektic. I have a little bit of experience but not a great lot. I have joined this forum to learn off everyone and get great results!

I'm chubby, I weigh 80kgs. I reckon I can turn it into muscle and get bulk. I have a solid figure naturally, so if I work out and train I think I can get to where I want to be at!
 
if you’re chubby at 80kg and just getting into training I'd forget the Dbol for now. You’ve already got natural size to work with so focus on dialling in your training, smashing your nutrition and getting consistent first. Dbol’s a great, but without a solid base, you’ll just bloat up and lose it all after. Stick to the basics, eat clean, lift heavy and revisit gear down the line when you're leaner.
 
Yeah you are 100% right! I was thinking that aswell. I'll do that then like you said later on suss out the gear. Thanks heaps for the advice I really appreciate it!

What do you think of dbols in general? Do you think they are alright?
 
Yeah Dbols are good when used right. Heaps of size and strength fast, but also heaps of water and sides if you’re not ready.
