if you’re chubby at 80kg and just getting into training I'd forget the Dbol for now. You’ve already got natural size to work with so focus on dialling in your training, smashing your nutrition and getting consistent first. Dbol’s a great, but without a solid base, you’ll just bloat up and lose it all after. Stick to the basics, eat clean, lift heavy and revisit gear down the line when you're leaner.
