Approved Log New Member, Old fighter

Okay, so I’m not real happy with the way things have gone last 2 days. I don’t feel as hard and as tight as what I normally do, with total body workouts so it’s ****ing with my head a little bit, so I’m gonna go back to isolating muscle groups… two per session…

So this was based off my last overall body workout today, but from now on, I’ll be back to 2 muscle groups per session..

FLAT BENCH PRESS
LAT PULL DOWNS
LEG EXTENSIONS
DUMBBELL LATERAL RAISES
PECK DECK FLYS
PREACHER CURLS
ROPE TRICEP PULL DOWNS
STANDING ARM CURLS

All 4/5 sets x 12/14

As I said above before, I don’t quite feel as firm in the body as well normally do so I’m gonna go back to my old ways.

Diet is still going well and on point so no complaints there..

Also, I’m gonna drop off the Anavar for a little while as I’ve been on it for about seven weeks now time for a rest.

So just running some Test and Mast after today

Good call on dropping the Anavar. That’s a decent run. Should'nt be running orals for long periods of time.

If your diet’s solid and you're consistent, you’ll bounce back to feeling tighter pretty quick once you shift back to your usual split. Listening to your body is key imo.

Hey brother, do you do any cardio during the week? If so, is it something you do regularly?
Hey bro, I still hit Pads probably twice a week… which is always a very hard cardio workout

Other than that now I’m retired from professional fighting. I don’t really do other cardio.
 
Okay, I was just curious because your photos show you being lean all the time. My biggest struggle is doing cardio, I’m not a fan of it, so I instead do steps every single day. If I didn’t do that, I would be gaining fat 100%

Yeh got ya.. nah as you will see in my bio at start bro I was a pro fighter for 18 years across the world 🙏 had a lucky and tough life haha
 
Brother ur in top shape, excellent body symetry and carrying the correct amount of muscle mass, your physique looks very proportionate, 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Just remember to take liver support supplements like NAC, milk thistle or TUDCA. Although Anavar is milder compared to other orals but still important to support detoxification and promote liver function 👊
 
Well, I’m definitely in the wars this month, boys..

Just got out of bed after five days almost of laying there shivering, shaking and totally stuffed.. went to the doctor yesterday and I’ve got this influenza A that’s going around everywhere up here in Queensland and believe me when I say, it rocks you to the core, cause I’ve been absolutely sick as!

Had five days I had to get out and move around, but I didn’t last long but at least I still got a bit of a workout in.
I just took it easy and did the usual what I’ve been doing lately spending a bit of time on each muscle group having one or two exercise exercises Max.
I’m being believer and keeping the body moving as it helps circulate and gets everything either out of the system quicker or moving along to heal better.

Five days has seen me lose 5 kg but hopefully I’ll be able to put that back on pretty quickly with a bit of luck and some good nutrition and food again..

When I come back and get into it properly of going to be making a few changes to what I’m running as I’m currently on a break being sick..

Going to be dropping my test just a fraction just to get myself balanced out a little bit.
So I’ll be on..
1ml of Test a week. (Over 2 injections)
1ml of Masr a week (over two injections)
I’m just having a look at Neil. I might throw either some bold or some Anadrol in there.

Was sitting at 108kg now down to 103kg 😩

Road to Recovery is gonna take about another week I would say, but at least I’m moving again for now and believe me, I hope none of you guys get this shit cause it knocked you for six!!
