I’m getting back into it but rather than isolating muscle groups each day I’m taking the approach hitting each muscle group once or twice a per session ( 1 or 2 sets per muscle group)
Been having fun with it I don’t think it’s really a muscle building system but it’s good just to change the body and give it a shock to the system by doing new routine for a week or two..
Still good as always with my food.. can’t complain about that haha
I’m still saying reasonably full in my muscle group and keeping reasonably lean also..

It's amazing how some time off helps, mentally and physically.Okay, two works off of overall body workout routines now I’m back to my normal routine of say chest and tries tonight
So back to the five and three sets of things while making sure I push out and get a good squeeze going back to the old School..
I really feel like having those two weeks of doing overall body workouts every day really helped me as I was quickly sore and pumped in the chest this arvo and when I went back to my normal routine
I do suggest that for everyone to have a couple of weeks off their normal routine and totally toss it up as it’s been proven. It was very good for the muscles and very good shock this system.

I was very happy with the workout tonight as it was a good pump and my food was really good today which I was happy with also having a lot of chicken today and also mixing in some beef
Will be having some slight carbs tonight late as I’m not on morphine burn Cal through the night so I’d like to keep my thickness up
