Cycle Stack: (include compounds, dosages, and duration)

currently completing 16WK bulking cycle of SUS250 & NPP upon completion will then start a Sus250 , EQ , MAST CYCLE for 16 weeks with low dose tren A daily for last 8 weeks & 2iu HGH every night before bed






AI & PCT :
1mg ADex every Wednesday while on npp
will adjust when changing compounds
100mg clomid twice a week
500mcg HCG 3 times a week before bed

liver support every day
zinc sup every day
magnesium every day
Will also be throwing in Tb500 for tendon injuries



Supplements Used:
180 greens every morning and every night before bed
Whey protein twice a day


Diet Overview: (brief description of your typical daily diet)
Will be trying to keep clean will be mainly eating pre made meals as I spend so much time working but every meal will consist of at least 50g of protein min 4 meals per day
Diet will be adjusted accordingly throughout


Training Schedule: (days per week, types of workouts)
Will be hitting gym 4 days per week with a chest day with triceps , back day with biceps, shoulders & legs and day 4 will be legs

every day will be starting with calves as i find the a very stubborn muscle


Goal for the Competition:
my goal for this competition is to be motivated to stay on track and to get back to where i was prior to abdominal surgery and hopefully on stage in 2026 or 2027.
Also looking forward to keeping the AGW family in the loop and getting opinions throughout the competition

Health Status
feeling Good keeping up regular bloods but definitely have a bit of wear & tear from all the training with knees , elbows & wrists
