Friday legs,

Barbell squats,
1 × set of 30 reps @ 160lbs
2 × sets of 10 reps @ 200lbs

Bulgarians,
3 × sets of 10 reps @ 100lbs

Lunges (dumbbell)
3 × sets of 10 reps @ 50lbs

Standing calve raisers,
3 × sets of 35 reps

Sets all low throughout whole comp due to time restraint, training super early before work,up for 30 minutes then into it at 4:30am.all.been quick n short but not rest between sets mostly.
 
Lamb wraps went down a treat.

Sunday quick arms session,

3 × sets of 21s
3 × sets of triceps ext(dumbbells)
3 × sets of Hamner curls
3× sets of skull crushers
3× sets of Eze bar curls
3× sets of dips

No time between sets, superset alternating,20mg Anavar + 20mg dbol made for awesome pump straight up from 21s.
