Hey guys,
Reporting after yesterdays short arm and shoulder blaster workout that I did just as I had some extra free time on my hands and thought I’d be productive and hit the gym for a quick session.
Just did some tricep push downs and cable curl drop sets until my arms couldn’t take it any longer
Nothing too crazy happened just wanted to put the food to work and get the blood flowing and arms to grow a little more before I finish the week with tomorrows session
