Approved Log My Test + Tren cycle log

Hey guys,

Reporting after yesterdays short arm and shoulder blaster workout that I did just as I had some extra free time on my hands and thought I’d be productive and hit the gym for a quick session.

Just did some tricep push downs and cable curl drop sets until my arms couldn’t take it any longer🤣

Nothing too crazy happened just wanted to put the food to work and get the blood flowing and arms to grow a little more before I finish the week with tomorrows session :)

Hey guys,

Getting a log in after this mornings quick workout mostly focusing on chest and shoulders.

In 45 minutes I just tried to maximise the pump so I stuck with cables and did cable lateral raises and cable chest flies until failure with about 30 seconds rest between sets.

It’s absolutely boiling hot in Sydney right now so even half way through I was sweating my balls off 😅

Overall workout felt great though and it’s the best way to start my week for sure. Shoulders were popping this session as you can see from my progress pic below.

Nice work and nothing wrong with throwing in short pump sessions. Drop sets and cables are perfect for that but just keep them as add ons, not replacements for your heavier progressive work across the week.
