Cause I live in tassie and have metal in my legs the cold come from within my bones..

Arthritis and just general nerve pain

18 months in hospital
12 months in traction
3 years to learn how to walk and run

I would never had guessed it would have been that long, assume you must have lost a serious amount of muscle from that. Do the hospital do much to prevent it?

Considering this was 22 years ago and I still have major issues. Hence why the gym has been my Saviour.

Cannot bend right knee past 80o
