Hey all, new guy here from Adelaide, after a few years off with being consistent, family life etc getting in the way, ive now made the decision to start making this a priority again. I had previously competed so i have a decent idea of what im doing, just really need a bit of inspiration and accountability.

Great to see someone from Adelaide. I don't think I've come across anyone here from SA but I know there are plenty of legends on here who are getting back into it, so you're not alone brother.

There’s quite a few from SA - they just been in hibernation. Should be lots more out for Summer season, spring comps just finished

Welcome bro. I love Adelaide, grew there and first gym i ever joined was SOUTH BOUND. I lived there about 7 years ago for 5 years trained up north and in the city.
