How long can you drag a cycle on for?

Had a random question about cycle lengths. Is there a rule of thumb here? I'm reading 8, 12, 16 weeks. I get it about running shorter cycles for certain compounds and first-time cycles etc. but for someone like myself, I've been cruising and blasting for about 10 years now. The longest cycle I've done is about 16 weeks. Have no issues running it that long. Just like to hear what everyone else is doing?

My cycles usually run for 16 weeks once a year, and I might fit a second one that goes between 8 to 12 weeks.

You’re in a good spot if you can handle and safely manage a 16 week cycle. Most people stick to 8-12 weeks, but experienced guys do push it longer, even beyond 16 weeks. Advanced users might go up to 20 weeks or more, especially those prepping for comps.

Regular blood work and monitoring health markers are vital. Need to also remember that extended cycles carry more risks, like organ stress and cardiovascular issues. Just need to be smart and safe when planning these cycles.

Get your bloodwork done is a must, start off with an 8 week cycle and see how your body responds.

Run them however you like but the risk to benefit ratio gets worse with time. Blood tests & sides help the decision making process ( sometimes dropping a compound for last month rather than stopping)
Less chance of natural recovery after 3 months. First time users & younger athletes get nice safe results from 10 weeks without AI or PCT. Veterans need a lot more of everything and know how they respond from previous experiences - often over 3 months as larger doses build slowly
