Tbh that's not really considered a high dose but I guess our body and hormones change as we get older and anxiety at this dose could happen especially if your body is becoming more sensitive to hormone fluctuations. Sounds like it’s more rage or overreacting to stuff than real anxiety. For some people, Test can mess with your head even at 1ml a week. It can spike emotions. Ashwagandha and mag won’t do much if your hormones are off. Check your bloods, especially estrogen. Could also try low dose Cialis for BP or even propranolol if it’s bad.
