Had a few questions on HGH, and looking to hear from you guys who are already running it.

1. What should I start from? 2iu? I was thinking 1iu but seems like that would give me the same result as now naturally (my IGF-1 is 27). But as it's exogenously supplied the circulating levels will be much longer, and have more constant IGF-1 stimulation so guessing I can get sides even from the same total level naturally?

2. As I have a cycle coming up with Nandrolone which is going to cause water retention, is it preferable to start HGH post cycle? (I want to reduce water retention due to other sport)

3. Titrate up 1iu every two weeks?

4. What is your dose and IGF-1 level?
 
Start 1 iu a day for the first few weeks just to suss the tolerance then do 2 iu if no sides. Your IGF-1 is already in the normal range so GH here isn’t replacing any deficiency it’s only pushing your levels higher. Yeah GH can cause water retention in the first few weeks and nandrolone can also hold water..... so running both together will most probs bring that on stronger.

'Typical' approach is increase by 1 iu every couple weeks. You should end up somewhere around 2 to 4iu a day. Then check IGF-1 on bloodwork after a few months.
 
Thanks @shawShanks yeah IGF-1 hope normal range, but very top end for my age. I was just worried about my HGH being suppressed for a few weeks and coming back lower while I buildup saturation and titrate up. Suppose probably nothing to worry about training wise if already running test.

What are your levels and dose? I was aiming to go up to 5iu a day. Gainz is the guy to ask but since our chat got shut down haven’t heard from him since.

I haven’t really been able to find much data on typical doses and levels. I know it’s highly individual but was expecting some ranges published.
 
This is my fear, it could cost a lot of money to run and only have similar levels to what I have now. Guess I just have to bite the bullet and try it.
