Hey all I am new here and to the world of bodybuilding. I have been watching youtube videos looking for information on starting my first cycle. I am 29 y old, 192cm, 83kg. I worked out a lot when I was younger but then got a boring office job and put on a bunch of weight. Recently discharging from defence service (now fitter), and want to elevate my passion for fitness by trying to use PED but am finding a lot of conflicting info. Currently pretty average physique, would it be a good idea to cycle and any reccomendations on what to take? I have watched Dr Mike and some other youtube videos recommending SARMS but not sure about those. Currently am thinking of doing just Test E for 350mg a week for a 12 week cycle. Any advice from experienced people would be much appreciated! Thanks :)
 
Those stats sound like your training hard but eating in deficit so not really giving yourself room to grow. If keen to go down the PED route.. keep it simple, test only is the standard first cycle. My advice, make sure have bloods sorted beforehand.

As Monz has said, Bloodwork first get a base line of your body now. Get the diet and training dialed in
if you go down the PED site start small and simple. you don't need 3 oils 2 orals and 96 peptides.
just start with some Test c or E 150- 250mg per week do you bloods again at 6wks see how your body responds
and adjust from there.
