first cycle complete… now for the second, compound advice (eq/mast)

hey guys,

finished pct after my first cycle (test e 250 a week and anavar for 6) received some ****en great advice from some of the lads on here and it made for a great first experience, learned a shitload. bloods have all come back fine, had a dexa scan last week and finished up at 4.6% body fat and put on 4.6kg of lean mass over the cycle. wasn’t a traditional bulk as i’m involved in competitive sport so cardio is always big for me.

so, as a 33 year old, sitting at 83kg and 183cm i would love some advice on my next cycle. my goal is to put on some more muscle in more of a bulk, but i still need to remain somewhat mobile for sport. i’m planning on running test at 400, but i have always been interested in equipoise. i am involved in sport and i have always been primarily a 10km runner (so putting muscle on this frame has taken a long time).

i would want to run it pretty conservatively. does anybody have any advice as to ratios?

any experiences as to side effects? what to expect?

it’s either eq or masteron for me, i don’t wanna **** with deca or tren but i would like to pep up the second cycle. eq is terribly appealing as an athlete. would love to hear what you lads think?

i’m quite vascular at this bf % and i don’t think i’ve ever been over 12% in my adult life. equipoise wouldn’t make me look too enhanced would it 😈

let me just clarify you got to 4.6% body fat?????

4.6kg of lean muscle is actually great for someone who runs. This is massively noticeable to anyone under 12% bf

How long was your cycle?
How long was your PCT?

If you don't want to put mass size on due to wanting to be still mobile and athletic like running then look at Primo. It has way better lean muscle gain than EQ and acts faster with fewer sides. EQ can take 6-8 weeks to kick in and then if you have bad sides to it takes that plus longer to get out of th system
And you can still run some Anavar knowing you had no major sides on it.

If you want to stop the cardio that's when you can have things like EQ and Deca.

you need stuff that won't effect your cardio. EQ and Deca aren't to bad but the extra water weight that it brings tends to not help your kind of sports.

cycle was 12 weeks, finished in october, pct was six weeks of nolva. waking up with morning wood the last couple of weeks, so ****ing hard to see a gp but getting bloods done first week of jan. lost a few kilos over the first six weeks, didn’t lose anything strength wise, just ensured i kept lifting what i was and kept the food high. i don’t try and break weight records anyway.

thanks mate… it is what i had read and seemed to be most effective with the least sides. only issue is i can’t get my hands on it.

what sort of ratio would you run it at? also found out i do aromatise a bit on the last cycle so would the primo help with that?

made some massive lifestyle changes in the last 5 years. after being lean already from running a nasty drug habit derailed me for a bit and i was walking around at 67kg. got my shit together and here we are now. never thought i’d hit 80. i can still run 10km in 42 minutes, obviously with the cardio it’s always the trade off with size and speed. reckon it’s my last year of senior grade football and then i’ll really focus on packing on some size.

First off congratulations on kicking the habit. I was heavily involved in the party scene and very glad I didn't get addicted but I do have a drinking problem and basically have had to kick the drink all together now.

Primo is a bit hard at the moment to get but WELL worth the wait to get it. Don't rush yet. You were 12 weeks on and only 6 weeks off. Normally time on = time off so you have another 6 weeks. Even if bloods are good its best to run the old rule.

primo 100% would be one of the better compounds id suggest for you.
Though a bit of water weight wouldn't go astray with you
EW is about 50% of the strength as Test for Aromitisaitoin whereas Primo won't. (shouldn't) So if you have a small issue already with it on Test id stay away (even though it is one of the lower ones)

i wasn’t planning on sending it any time soon. upped my calories and committed to a proper bulk, have some mates who are into powerlifting and been using some of their advice. 5x5 has been great for me.

so the only sellers do stock primo it’s just more than likely sold out atm?

yeah i ended up using alcohol as a safety blanket on my way out of the scene. haven’t had a drink for over 12 months, which resulted in me stopping smoking and getting some more cashflow. made some space in my life and decided to invest in my health. my partner also fell pregnant during the cycle so we’re expecting our fourth. was a magic experience all round haha you can see why i’m keen to go again!
